Phase 1: Recruiter Screen A conversation to understand your experience, goals, and fit. You may complete a short assessment to help us better understand your strengths.
Phase 2: Operations Interview You’ll meet with leadership to discuss expectations, responsibilities, and the roadmap for success in the role.
Phase 3: Working Interview Spend a day in one of our offices. Experience the workflow. Meet the team. See the culture for yourself. This is as much for you as it is for us.
